6. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations whenever possible.

Clients who repeatedly fail to appear for appointments may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be declined future bookings.

7. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

No refunds are provided for completed services.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. At our sole discretion, we may offer a reasonable correction or adjustment. Corrections are a customer service accommodation and are not a refund or admission of fault.

8. DEPOSITS

Certain appointments may require a deposit.

Deposits:

• Apply toward the scheduled service.

• Are non-refundable.

• May be forfeited if the appointment is missed or canceled outside the applicable cancellation policy.

10. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards:

• Have no cash value unless required by law.

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

• May not be replaced if lost or stolen, except as required by law.

11. RETAIL PRODUCTS

Retail products may be eligible for exchange only if:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned with proof of purchase within 7 days

Used products are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
